I am a believer in making sure in-person coaching sessions remain focused and relatively short. In general, I feel no session should go past two hours at any one time. On occasion, as I see fit, a session over two hours may be conducted but will have numerous breaks. My basis for this belief comes from a study I read that came from Brain Balance. “The golf swing is like a suitcase into which we are trying to pack one too many things.”

Through our use of the CoachNow platform and app, the real work is done based on what the student does in between our in-person sessions, whether that be a physical in-person session, or a remote in-person session. Remote sessions for students outside of the greater Orlando area only require a phone, iPad, or computer. We will use Zoom, CoachNow, and other technology to communicate, and coming soon, through the Golf Live app and patented technology, in real-time from a student’s golf course or home, anywhere in the world!
Examples of sessions that breach my overarching philosophy of shorter sessions include the occasional playing lesson, observation session, or testing session.
